Due to the digital nature of our product, returns are only possible before the download link is accessed. If you purchased the diet plan but have not yet downloaded it, you may request a refund.

Once the file has been downloaded and/or opened, a return is no longer possible. This is because the content may have been saved or used, and we cannot ensure that it hasn't been retained after issuing a refund.
